Well probably NSC started working in the I-751 now starting on the one filed on 01/07 , don't you guys think? this the third person that got their green caard from nebraska this week for NOA 01/07, Hopefully they will keep processing them!!!!!

Well I am afraid if I try to contact the Obdusman he will tellme it is too soon you see I send my application in 06/07 and we are 03/08 so basically it has been in process for 10 months, but I know that it won't process by time because a lot of people ahead of me are waiting, i will do wherever it takes but I don't want them to tell me you only waited for 10 mts!!! What do you think I wait a couple more months or i go ahead and contact senator or obdusman??? I appreciate your help already

My case was not touched since the biometric appointment which was on like 07/12/07 and the last date updated on my case is 07/15/07 I guess they will never get at it pretty soon,

I am so sad, But what can I do? My stupid lawyer won't do a thing neither, he is wait wait...

Hi, this is my first post and in need of help. I applied for I-751 on Mar 6th 2007 and received my BIO and fingerprint after waiting 10 months finally heard from TSC that they have transferred the case to VSC and need more evidence like IRS Transcripts and bank statements and all the bills and mortgage papers. I submitted the papaers and today on Mar 26 2008 received the letter stating that "your Form I-751 has been relocated to the address shown below.

Houston District Office"

IT looks like they are going to schedule you for interview and that is why they send it back to houston district office

everythink you said is 100% true, everybody is so frustrated by that , and no one knows what to do with NSC concerning the I-751 I suggested emailing the first lady but no one was with me, I have a lawyer and he su**** , I am going cazy because of that too, We need to do something, we don't care about citizenship yet, just give us our GCs that we paid for . I-751 should be one of the easiest thing an immigration officer have to do , they just loo at evidence and decide if it is a current marriage or not it is not like the first time they will give you a Green card, if they had doubt they should never give out the first green card( conditional) in the first place, WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING PEOPLE otherwise nebraska will never go bak to our files and give us our GREEN CARD,... GOd i am so madddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd

well i have a lawyer , and he is not that much help, everytime I call him, he said you have been waiting for 9 mts wait 12 mts at least and when i tell him people filed after me and they got transferred to California office and got approved in 3 mts, he just say they are lucky and USCIS is all about luck??????? I think I might get another one, but I think the most helpfull thing is to talk to your senator he would probably do something, I don't think lawyer can do anything, look at mine he is not doing anything he still wants me to wait like 3 mts like USCIS will care????

USCIS will only care about citizenship applications , but not about the I751 and now everybody left in leadership in USCIS , who will care about us waiting for the I-751? I am pretty sure the person that will replace Gonzales will only care about the N-400 applications so he/she show themselfes, but not I -751 anyone thinks the same??????

I think all applications for July 2006 were approved already that is 100% a lie from Nebraska center to be processing these applications they already did, Does anyone thinks the same? The december 2006 are probably half way done, but no way the july 2006 are being processed now, these applications has been already approved, Let s make sure we call them at least 20 times on monday so they know that we are waiting, and what about make it to the news someone needs to do something, or may be we should try to contact the first lady she would probably do something cause obviousy senators and governors aren,t dooing much or better said anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I think it is a typo and they meant July 07 not 06 well let s call them and ask them what year they meant ? anyone up to do that?

I just joined the marines, they accepted me with the extention letter. Can I apply for citizenship or will I have to wait for the I751 to be approved, it is taking forever with nebraska center and there is exceptions to citizenship with military personal. I mean while I 751 is pending what is my status ? AM i a lawfull permanent resident on conditionnal status or am i just lawfull permanent resident? Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I am so sorry , it is the same for me too my NOA is 06/22 , and nebraska only moved one day, I can't join the military because I don't have a green card. My layer told me that USCIS knows about this and that they will approve you before the one year goes up , I mean the extention year.. I don,t know I will wait until June and may be get another atty, I wish we can do something about nebraska center they suck, and they make me so depressed and sad, I can't do anything neither

What happened nebraska center only moved one day

on 12/07 they were working until 02/09/10 cases and now 01/08 they are doing 02/10/07.... Only one day in 1 month, I can't believe this?????????????????

do you think they will really make it fatser before the elctions or it is another lie?

How about the I 751 in nebraska will they process them( of course the ones that were sent before everything was moved to california center) or they will be in just someone desk?

I asked my attorney and he said the immigration knows that I 751 people are temporary and they will process them and they won't ignore them , He said give them form 6 mts to 1 years n later the that.

My NOA was 06/22/07 he said you should rececived no later then 06/08. Was he saying the truth or just ying to me. Please let me know or if you have an Atty what did he say to you about it?
