DQ date is Feb 17 2022.

I am the one who filed for my spouse. When I filed for him I was a green card holder but I got my citizenship even before USCIS finished reviewing his case, so when USCIS transferred his case to NVC, it was as the spouse of US citizen.

Hi Guddi, in that case we should have gotten an IL by now. We are IR1 category and our PD date is April 2020.

Hi Guys, I see that most of you are CR1 categories who received IL. I am a US citizen and I applied for my spouse in March 2020, NVC documentarily qualified his case on Feb 2022, he is in IR1 category and there is no update on his interview date. We contacted everyone possible - Senators, US representatives, NVC- all calls suspended and even wrote an email to the US embassy in Mumbai but got an auto-populated response. I am very frustrated because we are now coming closer to 3 years since we filed for his visa. Anyone knows or have any update on the dates for IR1 category - are they scheduling the interviews for IR1 visa categories in Mumbai? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks,

Hello, I am new to this forum, I am a US citizen who filed for my husband in March 2020, USCIS approved the I-130 visa in June 2021, transferred the case to NVC and NVC documentarily qualified the case on Feb 2022. Since then, we are waiting for an interview date for his IR1 interview to be scheduled at Mumbai - US consulate. There is no update from Mumbai Embassy or from NVC - NVC suspended all the calls and we are stuck here. Does anyone know how far along Mumbai consulate has reached for the IR1 interviews or have they temporarily stopped processing the interview dates for IR1 visa? Any help would be appreciated.
