You mean whether NVC received the case from USCIS or the NVC (CEAC) number? The latter is highly unlikely but the first NVC receipts could be among us (soon).

Yes the Nvc ceac, oh okay thank you

¿ Quiere decir si NVC recibió el caso de USCIS o el número de NVC (CEAC)? Esto último es muy poco probable, pero los primeros recibos de NVC podrían estar entre nosotros (pronto).

What is very interesting regarding this is the fact, that they used to reject more cases per month than deny, but they switched since February this year, when they started processing drastically higher numbers of cases (when USCIS got many new workers). Concerning?

Would new uscis workers already have to be trained? By the way, I noticed your profile photo and Princess Mononoke is one of my favorite movies. I had to say it.Jajajajajaja

    which country did u born?

which country did u live after you are being adopted?

which country do u reside now?

I was born in Equatorial Guinea, my parents adopted me when I was 1 month old, my parents are Spanish and I have all my Spanish documentation

  4. , I have a question. The birth certificate must be issued by the country where you were born, but what happens, for example, in my case.  I was adopted as a baby by my Spanish parents, my birth certificate also only contains the country where I was born and the certificate of adoption and Spanish nationality, is that document valid as a birth certificate?  It is the only thing that I have.  I'm still waiting for my Noa 2, but I want to be prepared.I'm learning to use visajourney and I don't really know where I should ask the questions, I can't find a related topic in the search botton sorry if I'm asking the question in the wrong post, I would appreciate any answer

It is based on the members here who post a timeline and stats include all countries (many are high fraud and take longer)

and that is a very limited  # of the petitions that US receives

but timelines go up and down by the total # in process

Use the USCIS site for an estimate and pray for speedy outcome

    https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Of course each case is different and the country also influences, right now on the website it is 16.5 I'm dying!! But thank you for your answer!!

    Hi!

My fiancé is also from Spain 🙂 The wait is agonizing… but I feel lucky to say the end feels sort of near. I think that the estimate is relatively accurate - I’ve also been seeing the date change for the better. Of course there are the random applications that seem to get processed extra early or late. But in general I’m seeing around 420 days (60 weeks) between NOA1 and NOA2. I’m hoping for some news by the end of this month (NOA 1 is March 2, 2022). ¡Suerte!

I will follow your timeline to have a point of reference, thank you very much for your answer!!! ☺️
