If nvc can't fix this problem so what can happened?

So what ll happened now? Nvc ll fixed it or they ll cancelled the petition?

I think so, but she sended them my birth certificate and her certificate also, but sir if everything was not done then how they issued the visa and how they knew that after 10 days that there's a mistake,

My name is X and my wife name is Y, is ds 260 when i review then petitioner name is Z, and my name is correct, is this a big mistake? If this is mistake how they issued the visa and after 10 days they cancelled?

They ve everything sir, and they checked her birth certificate also, no they didn't asked me but in nvc stage they required theses all documents,

They checked everything like passport her naturalization certificate marriage certificate, but they marked her name two different marker, yeah she filled ds, i don't understand one thing if there's a mistake and they marked her name 2 different marker then how they issued a visa and they returned back?

My visa is IR1 visa I'm the applicant My visa issued already in September 2022 After pick up my passport with visa 10 days later the embassy called me to send us passport back, embassy told me (there's a technical issue in your visa so you can't travel), so i sended my passport back to the embassy, my visa validity was 4 months, in 4 months my ceac status was shown still issued, after expired my visa the case status was shown refused and they requested my ds260 for update, it's shown (reopened), then i updated my ds260 so after update my DS 260 they open my case 4 time a month, then suddenly i saw the status was shown ("returned to nvc"), then after 10 days they give my passport back and put stamp on my visa ("cancelled without prejudice "), I really don't know what's going on , case was returned to nvc 03 march 2023, i didn't got any letter from them and i don't know what's going on, Any expert person guide me please, There's some mistake in my case i can share with u guys, (I-130 petition my wife used my last name with her name, ) but it's approved in USCIS, ( In DS 260 she used only her full name ) is this is effect in my case? If it's effect why they issued visa, When i got my interview letter then i went for medical but my wife name was showing in medical center in my case number, who make this mistake? There was my medical but the medical was showing on my wife name, is this a big mistake? Finally embassy put 2 mark on her name in her passport name , marriage certificate, blue and yellow,

Nothing, they didn't say nothing, only they asked me passport, nothing else,

I'm waiting since 4 months, my visa ll expired 27 Jan, we are so frustrating, who had this kind happened did they got back visa again?

I had IR1 visa, but after issued the visa the embassy called me after 10 days that we need your passport back because (there's a technical issue in your visa so you can't travel), I'm waiting since 4 months but no updates, when i send them inquiry then they open my case but no change, only date change and my case status is still "issued " I checked my all case , 1- My wife used my last name with her name on ds 260 , 2- My wife is 20 year older from me , 3-When i go to the medical center for the medical center before interview, then my name was shown in my case number in the medical center and then embassy fixed my name after 6 months, So is that things effect on my visa? Most important things= If they know the mistakes of my case how they issued my visa , is there's ages make effect on my case, or name? What they saw in my visa in 10 days after issued the visa, and what should i ve to do now? My visa ll be expired 27 Jan 2023, I'm so stressed

10 days After issued the visa embassy asked my passport back what should happened, ? Case status is still issued since over 3 months , my passport is in us embassy Islamabad, anybody heard this kind problem before?

After issued my IR1 visa the embassy called me after 10 days and they told me that we need your passport back because of some technical issue, you can't travel, i submitted my passport but still my visa status is issued, no reply from them, what ll happened? Anybody had this happened before?
