    My priority date is 30 sep 20. My question is if my visa class is not current then why CO said it is approved and you will receive your passport within 3-4 weeks. My another question is that if I apply for expedite then will they issue visa regardless of priority date. Incase my request is approved

    Priority Date 30-sep-20 Vissa Class F2A Till March 23, F2A Vissa class in Visa Bulletin was current. From April till now it is 08-Sep-20 for F2A Category. US Embassy sent me Interview Appointment on 3-March-23 which says your Interview is scheduled on 16-Apr-23. I attended the scheduled appointment on time. After 6 weeks of my interview I sent and email to Embassy for enquiry of my visa because it is still showing “Ready” status. They replied “Your visa class has retrogressed. Please check the Visa Bulleting and contact us when the case become current and ready for issuance.” My question is that is it normal scenario that Embassy works like this or they replied me this information by Mistake? Because Interviewer (Consular Officer) told me your Visa is approved and you will receive your Passport with in 3–4 Weeks. So if I was Invited to the interview and as per CO it is approved, still should I be affected by Retrogression ? Please advise should I ask them again or should I wait till my Priority Date to be current.

    Final Action Date was "C" in March-23 Bulletin for F2A Category and I received my Interview Letter on 3-March-23. So Is Final Action Date is related to Issue Interview Letter or to issue Visa ?

    Hi All, My Priority Date is 20-sep-20 and Category is F2A.My interview is done on16th April 23. Interviewer congratulated me and told me that Visa is approved and they hold my passport for visa and said it will be delivered to 3 to 4 weeks.. Till now today (24th May 23) Its status is Ready. As per this month Visa Bulletin Report. Final Action Date for F2A Category is 08-Sep-20. Is this the reason that my visa status is still not "Issued"?

    I am living with my Uncle(Mother's Brother). He will be my joint sponsor. He is filling his own Tax return and I am filing my own. We are not listed as dependent on our tax returns. So In this case we both will file I-864 only ?

    Yes my Uncle will write an affidavit. My mailing Address and physical address is already his house. I don't have driving license. My history of living in USA is: From April 2019 to January 2020 then From April 2021 to Nov 2021 then From Sep 2022 to end of Oct 2022. So for this history and having Bank Account and IRS is enough to qualify ?

    Hi, My case is in NVC. I am filling I-864 form Affidavit Of Support for my spouse. I came to know that US domicile is must for approval of I-864. Right now I own one current account in Heritage Bank and I also have recent 3 years of Tax returns. Am I qualified for US domicile from these proofs? I cannot own any real state and leasing in real state. I am living with my uncle ( My Mother's Brother) who will be my joint sponsor. Looking forward to hear some good suggestions. Thanks

    Hi everyone! i heard from somewhere if your financial documents are not enough to bring your spouse to USA, so there is an option of co sponsor who help you out in this financial document stage, if this type of thing really exist so i want to know how i can apply for this( i have 2/3 co-sponsor with me). And one thing more what is the limitation or the border line of this amount like how much my income should be to bring my spouse which is shown in the tax return or affidavit .

    Hi JeanneAdil, Thanks for your reply. Regarding "Care of C/O" problem. I got the issue. In the mailing address section of I-824 I filled it same as my physical address with my name while In the instruction I found " If your Mailing Address in different than Physical Address then fill this". So I believe this is just for sending this notice Which I received. There is nothing to worry about it because it is only related to delivery of the mail. Regarding Online Account notification. If we file any form manually by mail through Lockbox Facility and we have already USCIS online account. So will it show in online account itself or we should request USCIS to show me my case here just like I-130 which I filled online. Let me explain the main purpose of this request, if there is any action occurred on the case, we receive instant email notification and all the documents ( I-797c, or approval notice) is easily downloaded from online account at any time to check the action rather than to wait for a mail to come at home. One more question: My I-797 contains this line "if we determine you must submit biometrics, we will mail you for Biometric appointment Notification." So is it mean Biometric will be required? What if I am outside US then is it possible to submit Biometric through Embassy ?

    Hi, My Name is raza. I applied 1-130 for my husband and it was approved but USCIS asked me to submit I-824 for my approved petition because of one of my mistake. I submitted I-824 on 7th September 2022. Today (2nd October) I got Notice that We received your form -I824 on 17th September 2022 receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxx. Here I have 3 Questions: Why I was not notified online in my USCIS online account. I have given my account Id in the applied form but it is not appearing in my home screen as my recently approved case is appearing. Until and unless I am linking this case to my account myself. Why My receipt Number is changed previous approved petition receipt Number was IOExxxxxxxxx now MSCxxxxxxxxx. Is this the reason it is not linked with my approved Petition ? In my notice, It is written my name c/o My Name means Muhammad mraza C/O Muhammad mraza, It is not clear to me why only my name is written in both positions. There is not my husband name at anywhere in this notice. Please answer above questions to clear my understanding on my case. Would you please shear your notice in order to compare with mine. Looking forward to hear from you guys. Thanks
