Just read on the CR-1 and IR-1 the post from Ed and Chelsea that he just had his interview and received his visa.

While I am happy for them, it just irritates the ####### out of me, that immigrants from middle eastern nations, third world nations must wait months in AP while people from the EU and white bread countries get their visas within days.

I would like to inform you that you are wrong!.. Im from an EU country, and have been waiting since mid June 2006 for approval on k1 without success!... does that sound like days to you?..

Any news on your NOA2 yet?.. My fiance called California last week (Jan 8th) and our file was touched the following day but still no approval. We are both hoping that we will here something very, very soon!..

Can anyone tell me.. Has there been anyone approved for k1 at Csc so far this year?. I have been checking through timelines and I don't see any, maybe Im just missing them!..

Im a mid June filer from VSC. I"ve noticed that many JULY filers are being approved and that my petition is just NOW hitting someones desk...how can that be??? If indeed they work first come first served...how is it that late july filers are now getting approvals and mine is JUST now hitting a desk????

Hi... I think there are probably more people than we think going through the same thing!.. We filed 6/26/07 at CSC but, we have been told(from good sources) that they are working finally on late Junes filers. So hang in there!!!

Hi friend thanks for the precious reply...my fiance called the uscis yesterday and they told him that right now they were working the papers of those applicants that has NOA1 date as of June 18...We are hoping we will be hearing something from them this month of January..if God's willing...May I know more if are there still applicants that was not able to receive their NOA2 yet? God loves us all!!

We are in the same situation as you are... Filed i129f mid june and, still no approval from CSC!.. However, my fiance called them and was told they are now just getting started on late June applications and we should be hearing something from them next week!.. I really hope so, Im almost gone bald from pulling my hair out over this!..LOL

Well I don't know about hurrying it up but you can certainly call CSC and find out what is going on...

On another note, Jeremy called DOS yesterday and apparently our petition hasn't reached NVC yet

Im just wondering can anyone help us!.. We applied for i129f on 6/25/06 and we have still not heard anything from CSC. This seems ridicilous as, there are numerous cases filed after ours that appear to be getting Married now!.. What can we do to hurry this up a bit?..
