Time line from Parol in Place to green card. July 2021 sent Parol in Place Application July 26, 2021 Parol in Place application was received. July 28, 2022 Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken September 21 2022 Parol in Place interview and approval. October 19 2022 application for Adjustment status I 130, I485, I765 and I131 was sent. October 24 2022 application was received November 4 2022 the I485 was actively being review and finger print were reused. April 28 2023 work permit was approved. August 22 2023 I130 change to actively being review. August 23 2023 both I130 and I485 were approved. Interview waived August 29 2023 green card arrived.

Yes, you need a eticket to enter and leave DR. My question is specific for traveling with Advance Parole from DR.

Hello, Does Dominican Republic passport control make it difficult for People traveling with Advance Parole back to the US?.Wife is planning a trip, but she is worry about Dominican authorities will not be familiar with Advance Parole Document. Thanks

Good morning all, when we got married last year my wife change all the documents, drivers license, spouse military id, health insurance and life insurance to her marriage name. We sent all the documents with her new last name. The problem we currently have is when she tried to change her last name on her passport, they did not change her last name, they just added the marry name to her maiden name. so her passport has two last name and her rest of documents have one. Will that cause an issue in the near future thanks.

Good morning all, this past year I petitioned for my wife. we sent the I485 packet including the advance parole travel document. We just receive a call from my wife family that her mother is very sick. is there is a way to apply for an emergency expedite travel document and how is possible to be done. Thanks

how likely they will refund the biometric fee? -
We just received a letter from USCIS informing my spouse she does not need to take her biometric at this time.Now our case is showing "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS". We file I-130 and 485 concurrently. how many months should we deduct from the process.Thank you

Hello, my spouse was recently approved for Parole in Place. We are about to start the Adjustment status application. Does it makes sense to apply for advance parole for her to travel ?or just wait for the green card interview. she has not traveled in about 20 years.Thanks
