  1. Hi all, My husband’s interview for his CR1 visa was on Tuesday the 15th of Nov at the London Embassy. He was temporarily refused due to the fact that we accidentally brought a copy of his Police check instead of the original. They kept his passport and he was issued a 221g. We submitted the original copy to the Courier today (17th of November). Anyone else been through a similar experience with mailing in a simple document like this? If so, what did the timeline look like for you? I understand it looks different for everyone, but would love to hear about others’ experiences. thank you.
  2. Yes! Everything went fine at his medical and they accepted all paperwork. They didn’t mention anything about him not having a patient care summary from his GP and accepted the print out of his medical history from the NHS app. I think it’s worth mentioning again that he didn’t have much of a record to be summarized in terms of his health, so for someone who does they may require more paperwork. Hope this is helpful to someone else!
  3. Hi all, First time poster — not sure if it is in the right place or not! My husband has his medical tomorrow in London. He has not been to the GP in years (lived out of country for a while), and has never had antibiotics / prescriptions from his GP. He has his vaccination records, but does not have a copy of his patient care summary from his GP (there isn’t much to summarize). He does, however, have a printed copy of his NHS health record. According to the US Embassy’s website, he only needs a referral from the GP if there is an ongoing medical issue.Has anyone found success at their medical without the patient care summary? Thank you, Alexa
