Hi everyone BIG UPDATE here after resubmitting I received a 24month extension on my GC thanks to all for the info and support I'll keep updating in the future And succes to all of you in the future Tom

It was rejected by USCIS but my check was returned too

The check was for 680 dollars and I came here on a cr1 marriage visa I was not married to my wife for 2years yet hence the 2year visa and now the i-751 form to be granted a 10year one

Small update I am now in contact with the WI governors office to help and assist they too are baffled that it got returned with only a notice of mailing address I have looked over that document a 1000 times and everything is filled out as per USCIS instructions and multiple videos and websites so idk I've also taken in an immigration lawyer to me it's not about the money I'll make more lol but I just want to be by my wife and son I'm from Belgium so if I have to return then so be it but I've built a life here now with friends and have a close relationship with here family my parents and brother can visit whenever they want without a problem we found our dream house and plan so much more I thank you all for the advice and will keep updating with every step god bless you and and I wish you all the same luck and future too as you deserve Tom

Hi my name is Tom married to a us veteran and we have a soon to be 3y old dual citizenship boy we own a house together and I have worked ever since I was able to I recently filled my I-751 removal of condition with around 40 piece's of evidence so to my shock I got my package back with the check still in it saying it was rejected due to mailing address now looking online can't find anything calling and emailing no success so please help me
