  2. additionally there was a huge mistake from the uscis side.. there was no coversheet attached with the rfe which resulted in unnecessary delays...how can i bring this up with the right people
  3. deadline was march 18 but we have concrete evidences to prove that the repsonse was indeed in the courrierr system 10 days before the said deadline and would have been delieviered on time had it not been for the gross negligance..
  4. deadline was march 18 but we have concrete evidence that the response package was indeed in the courier system 10 days before the said deadline and would have been delievered on time
  5. it deos not say so on the official uscis account... there is no mention of the receipt of any sort of reply.. who should i approach at the uscis regarding this matter
  6. there in update on my official uscis account.. how should i proceed with this matter.. plus there was a technical issue from the uscis side as well.. they failed to include the cover sheet in the rfe letter which resulted in the delay.. who should i contact now at uscis in this regard
  7. it waa technical error from my couriers company side.. everything was send timely but the package was somehow not received... would the uscis entertain this valid excuse ??
  8. hi.. i need urgent advice on a very serious issue.. we received the dreaded RFE with the stated deadline.. we filled the appropriate response 15 days before the stated deadline but due to some delievery issues it got delayed and did not reach the office on time. it clearly shows on the uscis account that the deadline has passed and we have not received any evidence. what should be the course of action now.. i have filled a case with the courier services as to why they delayed but the damage has been done.. what should be the course of action now... how can i explain this sitatuion to the uscis
  9. no..i am the foreign spouse and my wife is the petitioner off course . she will respond obviously but i am also collecting as much information as i possibly can so that we dont make anymore mistakes.
  10. sorry for the delay..got occupied elsewhere.. it was my understanding that pictures and other supporting docs are required at the interview stage therefore i didnot send any.. seems like i made a blunder.. regarding your question about country of residence,i live in pakistan... what should be the best course of action here...
  11. thanks alot for your input.. we will submit as much evidences as we can .. regards
  12. sure sir.. relevant screenshots have been attached.. please review yes paksitan
  13. we are still at the NVC stage.. we were waiting for the final approval but instead received the RFE.. is it normal for USCIS to ask for more evidences at such initial stages. i mean we did attach everything that could corroborate a bonafide marraige.. my wife in usa and i am still oversees so things like joint bank accounts and leases are still out of question.
  14. hello.. i require some assistance regarding the RFE. recently we received the dreaded REQUEST FOR EVIDENCE (RFE) . despite attaching the marriage certificates (NIKAHNAMA muslim marraige certificate) and all the supporting evidences, uscis has still requested more to establish a bonafide marriage. the letter clearly states INTENT TO MARRY WAS BONAFIDE as an objection and further mentions all the possible evidences that one can submit to corroborate the claim of a bonafide marriage. i must mention here that we did not send pictures of our marraige with the original i-130 as we were given to believe such documents are required at the interview and not along with the initial i-130 packages. in light of the above information what should be the right course of action and how should we proceed with addressing their objections. further i wish to know how would this letter effect my chances of sucessfully completing the procedure.?? is RFE really a bad omen for the entire green card application. is the application doomed forever or is it fixable ?? regards
  15. thankyou.. these are very dissappointing stats.. i was given to understand that the whole process would be done in an year but i guess i was wrong
  16. hello .. i require some assitance regarding my case. i am a resident of pakistan... my wife in usa filed for my i 130 on dec 12 2022 last year. initially it showed that the case would be resolved in under 6 months. but after the said time expired the USCIS websites started showing that YOUR CASE IS TAKING LONGER THEN EXPECTED.. it does not even show any timeline any more.. now it has been more then 8 months since we applied but have not recieved any updates. ergo i wish to know that considering the backlog how much longer can i practicallly expect to wait. what are the waiting timelines for poeple of pakistan ?? thanks
  17. thats was disappointed to read. i was given to understand that the whole process would be done with in 12 months... a local expert gave me 10 months on my case... he told me that a person who filed almost 11 months ago has succesffully completed his entire process.. is it possible that some cases randomly get quicker response then the rest ??
  18. man you are scaring me 😮 .. how accurate and reliable is the information presented in this PAK USA IMMIGRATION page... ?? i mean where do they get their information.. do embassies make this information about waiting timesn public ??
  19. thankyou for sharing your experience and especially for letting me know that senators office may also be requested to intervene. i did not know that before..seemingly, bouncing from one embassy to another will cost months of precious time so i am thinking to sticking with the pakistan embassy..
  20. really ?? correct me if i am wrong but dont they need my passport to paste a related travel document like a visa or something. i know the actual permanant cr 1 is pasted at the port of entry and not at the embassy but wont they paste anything on my passport ?? if not then what kind of travel document would be provided to me
  21. oh i see.. the country i reside in is obviously a first world country with well maintained security check system.. are you implying that if i requested the interview in my current country of residence it would expedite the process as background security checks are more reilable here and would already have been done ??
