I had my interview yesterday they said i was approved and they took my passport and told me i will get it within two weeks but now i check the status of my case on the website it changed to refused today. what does that mean

I should file the DS 160 and pay for the visa before receiving the instructions!! I thought i should wait first for an email, so sre u sure please?

I didnt file the ds 160 yet because i didnt receive the instructions packet from the embassy, still waiting. Should i file it before receiving any email or packet?

Hello anybody is having fiance visa interview in jerusalem embassy? my case was sent from nvc to the embassy and it says READY, but i havent receive any instructions mail or email yet
