    They are 13 years old now. My husband , who is a permanent resident petitioned them. ITss been 2 years since we filed for their petition.

    I have been calling the USCIS but I can't get hold of a person. Emma hangs up on me if i ask for a representative. Also our twins case is still the same. We filed on 8/9/2021 but the reviewed was on February 2022 and September 2022 and its been 2 years no new updates. Can anyone help on how to contact them to get hold to a live person?
