My cousin just got resently married in December and wants to start filing for her husband. I told her to wait until she gets some things straighten out.

#1 she's in college has a 3 yrs old daught (her husband child).

#2 She was on welfare

#3 She is living under public housing

#4 She is getting state healthcare and food stamps.

I told her to wait because she has 1 more year left to rcv her bachelors degree. She wants to put in the paper work because she didn't even make $5K last year.

I was suppose to replace my green card when I was 15 and I didn't. But back then my green card did not have a exp. date either.

My two month date is coming up and still nothing.....I know tash 2months mark is probably today (dont remember). Marlita and Forbes is also waiting.

Can someone shed some light on what going on please.

I filed IR-1 application that was completed by NVC back in November 30, 07. Case transfered on February 4th, 08 to KNG Embassy. We didn't get interview date until March 18th. Medical was on March 5th rcv'd visa in hand on the March 26th board plane on April 5th.

Pls have patience

I waited so long I thought I was going to loose my flipping mind.

Since hubby here now I'll be staying put in the states this summer. I usually go home the end of July and come back towards the end of August.

I'm thinking of going home for Christmas but right now the plans are up in the air.

I thank God for yesterday, TODAY and tomorrow. A lot has happened in my life since my last birthday and each day is a learning lesson. Lord, I thank you for blessing me another year, I thank you for protecting me and my family and keeping me healthy, I thank you for holding my hands and guiding me when the road was rough and rocky, I thank you for believing in me and keeping my focus, Lord I thank for for LIFE.

Hi guys i know it's been a long time. Everything is going good since my husband is here now even though sometimes I want to send his behind back. Nosa ah joke mi ah mek.

We've had some up's and downs only because the difference in living is so different in america then Jamaica. We have been married for 6 yrs now and right now it's like we getting used to living with each other again. I'm taking it one day @ a time with him because things are so different.

My husband wants to find his father I don't know where to search. I looked on zabasearch.com and peoplesearch.com I'm finding the name but I'm not having any luck with finding a phone number.

Do anyone know where I can search on the web for somebody?

The Embassy told us we would have our visa last friday, but guess what?....no visa and still today there is no visa. I talked to the lady at the Dept. of State yesterday and she assured me that the visas were printed last Thurs and she said the embassy in Kingston is very slow. I have tried to e-mail the embassy serveral times and no response from them. They hold people lives on hold like its no deal.

I married my wife 14 months ago and we did K-3 visa and she is still not here with me. I am so disgusted with the embassy that it just makes me sick. The Americans that work at that embassy, give America a bad name. They really need to fire everyone there and start over. I'm sorry, but I am so freaking mad right now that I can't see straight.

Dimps I waited to get my husbands in the mail....got ss# pretty quickle but the GC took about 1mth..they mailed everything...u don't have to go to SS office if u checked the box that says u want them to mail GC/SS card to ur address
