Hello here, a little back story about my case(F2A with my child as derivative). My current DQ is March 2023 and my husband filed a separate 1I30 for our child in August 2023. My husband has finally naturalized and we looking forward to upgrade my case. However I’m wondering if my son and I could be scheduled for same interview date; considering my husband is yet to request an expedite from USCIS to approve our child’s case, then to NVC before getting DQ (which will hopefully be in December 2023 or January 2024). My country has a year long wait from DQ to interview and I wouldn’t want to have leave our child behind.
