  1. Initially i had a "Joint Sponsor", they asked for an updated I-864 from a Joint Sponsor, but then I let them know I no longer needed one, they sent me this first message, then the second immediately after. I did upload two months paystubs showing Evidence of Income. At this point, i'm not sure if I still need a Joint Sponsor or not. It seems as though they're looking at my case every 3 months, is there a better way to communicate with them than to wait every 3 months for a response? 1. This case does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants. To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor may be submitted. For more information visit https://nvc.state.gov/aos. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p. 2. Please submit (removed) Evidence of Income. For more information, visit https://nvc.state.gov/fin.
