    My husband and I (K1 visa holder) just got married and we are applying for the adjustment of status. He recently lost his job, but has enough assets to meet the USCIS requirement. However, for the annual income question on I-864, should I put 0 or how much he made in the first few months of the year while he was still employed?

    We filed our K1 in Apr 2022 and received RFE in June 2023. We submitted out RFE response and it was recied by USCIS in early August accoding the the website. However, it's been over 60 days and there's no update on the process. It seems most applicants get a decision within a few weeks after RFE response is received. The USCIS system doesn't allow us to submit inquiry till December. Is there anything we can do?
