    No inspection at entry different attorneys have told us the MPIP cancels the unlawful entry and he can petition for me here in the states that's where all the confusion is

    No advance parole. Do I send the I131 alone and then apply for the adjustment of status after it or if it gets approved?

    I currently hold DACA, my husband is a natural born citizen and is currently in the military. we have tried getting in contact with a few attorneys to best approach a way to apply for my residency. does anyone have any experience in this and the steps needed ?
