I’m a United States citizen, I applied for my step daughter who is now 4 years old from June, 2020. I only got a receipt notice saying my case was received no further updates. I have tried calling Uscis so many time and have done so many service requests. I wondering if I should file a lawsuit against Uscis. my daughter is on four and it’s really hard on my family. Can I get some suggestions plz.
