@Family, thank you very much for your quick response. We are just worried that the application will be rejected or delayed because it's specifically stated on the DS5507 that the form can only be signed "in front of a Passport Specialist or Designated Acceptance Agent..."

So, l am in the same shoes with the poster. My husband is filing a CRBA for our daughter born in Nigeria but he can't come for the interview. He notarized the DS2029 and DS3053. Any ideas on where he can find a passport specialist or designated consular/acceptance agent required to sign the DS5507 in their presence in Fort Worth or Dallas? Please see a copy of the place it's stated on the form DS5507 that these are the only people acceptable? Thank you.
