    Hi all, I have a pending I-130 application for spouse. Category: USC PD: 25 March 2022 NOA 1: 9 August 2022 NOA2: Not Received SC: Vermont I am trying to gather documents for NVC stage. My question is regarding I – 864. Though I have been a USC I’ve not resided here until 2019. Even then as I was a student with no income, I had not filed taxes. I got job in 2022 so I’m yet to file taxes for this year as well. I don’t have a joint sponsor. What documents can I submit as proof for AOS in this case? TIA!!
