Form I-485, PART 1, ITEM 27 How should I answer the question: What is your current immigration status (if it has changed with your arrival)? I recently arrived in the U.S. on a K-1 visa as the fiancée of an American citizen, and we have since gotten married. For item 26, I entered K-1. What should I enter in item 27, or should I leave it blank in this situation?

Hello. I have a concern regarding the interview instructions that should be sent to my e-mail once the case status is Ready on the CEAC website. Case was last updated 05 Feb 2024, the interview will be in Poland, but I have not received any instructions. What should I do?

Just wondering, can my fiance be my sponsor for the Schengen Visa if we are not married yet (K-1 visa)? Will they accept it?
