  1. Hi Crazy Cat, Thank you for the quick reply. Can you explain how it could be harmful to his case? Thanks
  2. Hello, I have a USC with a nephew-in-law that would like to visit the USA on a tourist visa. He has strong ties to his home country and has asked if I could provide a financial sponsorship letter. The one thing is that I have a pending I-130 for my wife to come to the US. Would providing support to my nephew-in-law in anyway impact my pending I-130. Thanks
  3. She is not employed since she is caring for our 1 year child and he is still breastfeeding. I am supporting them.
  4. That sounds like an easier said than done situation. Do you think I actually have a valid case to bring her based on the information I provided above?
  5. She does not have an existing B2 visa and is not from a country that has ESTA.
  6. Hello, I am a new user to this website and I'm looking for advice. I am a US citizen and I filed an I-130 petition for my wife. PD date: 12/01/2021 and the case started off in Nebraska. Case went to actively reviewing 03/05/2022. Since then I've chatted with a USCIS agent and they told me that my case is currently in Texas. She is currently in her home country and has never visited the US. We had a child together in her home country and I was able to claim him as a US Citizen. I recently found out that my mother might have metastatic cancer and things aren't looking to good right now. She has multiple fractures in her pelvis and can barely walk. My mother will find out the results through a biopsy this week. I am looking for the best way to bring my wife to see my mother as this a very serious situation. Right now I'm trying to plan this out ahead of time and weigh my options. Any advice or help would be appreciated on how to approach this situation. Thank you
