    I am married to my husband and I file all my paperwork for my adjustment of status. USCIS now wants my husband divorce papers from his previous marriage and now he refused to give it to me and he put me out of the house. I don’t know what to do? Can I apply for wawa without the divorce papers??

    Can a person that is a green card holder with own trucking business be your affidavit of support? My spouse is filling for my adjustment of status but she is unemployed and didn’t file taxes and her friend is trying to be my affidavit of support but he is a green card holder

    My wife is on disability and is employed and I am living in the usa now with her and she is filing for adjustment of Status for me so I am using my best friend as my other affidavit of support but my best friend took a break from working and is now unemployed but her past 3 years taxes returns she was making good money can I use her same way even though she is unemployed now and don’t have any job letters?

    I am married but my spouse is on disability and did not file tax for the past two years. I have a family member that is willing to be a joint sponsor but I am not sure what I should do or what document to use or send it
