  1. Just fyi, they replied the very next day after I put in the service request
  2. Yes, I waited 90 days. On the 90th day, I called USCIS and had them put in the service request. I tried to do it myself but the USCIS website was down.
  3. Naturalisation approved today after sending in a service request. Woop’
  4. Well now my I-751 is approved and my naturalisation is just sat in the local office. He was just waiting on the approval of my i-751. Not sure how he’s going to know that it’s approved since it was approved in Nebraska. Unsure as to what steps to take
  5. Just to update this thread. My i-751 was approved 5 days ago in Nebraska service Center without an interview. I am still waiting for my naturalisation which is in the local field office to be approved. Unsure as to when that particular officer will bother to Re look at my file. Hmph
  6. Thanks! At this point, I don’t really care. Travel is no issue since I have a UK passport, so the only reason I cared about Nat is to vote and to change my name. At this point, I don’t care if it takes months or years lol. Whatever
  7. I just included the I-751 receipt and put it on the cover page of the n-400 application
  8. So I was interviewed for my naturalisation 9 days prior. The officer said he can’t make a decision on it as my I-751 filing is stuck in Nebraska. He said he will request for it. The officer didn’t hand me my paper showing I passed the English and civics test. I requested for it and then he handed it to me. He marked the box that I passed, BUT he accidentally marked the box for “Follow instructions on Form-N14, request for additional information, Documents, and Forms”. The officer did NOT hand me form N-14, nor did he say I needed anything else. He said I was very passable and will approve my I-751 once he receives it. He marked the wrong box! What shall I do? Will this slow down my case? Shall I book an infopass appointment? I’m just so so worried. Part of me thinks its malice as he didn’t even hand me the paper until I asked. Advice please!
  9. How long after did you get your i-751 interview? I had my n-400. The officer said I’m very passable but can’t make an official approval yet because my I-751 is still stuck in Nebraska service Center so he requested it. No idea how long it’ll take.
  10. It’s not 100%. Mine wasn’t combo. Officer said my i751 was stuck in Nebraska so he couldn’t approve my n400 until he got my i751 filing. He requested it so no it’s not 100%.
  11. Hey! Uk to usa here. Had to do the full test! But don’t worry, the driving test is significantly easier than the test in the UK! You just have to drive around the block and around some cones. Easy peasy! In England the driving tests are way harder
  12. I had a paper copy of the i-751 filing which I gave him with a list of documents i included. (I didn’t print off the evidence of marriage but I included a list). He still needed to wait for the actual filing. do you know any chance by reading on this forum how long it normally takes after they request the filing?
