  1. Hello I am currently in the US on CR1, I have moved to a different address and as I am reading it says I should fill out AR-11 and my wife needs to fill out the I865, is this right? because my wife says I just need to go online and change my address on the USCIS and we don't need to send any forms. Thanks.
  2. No they didn't ask for Utah county cert. I just had that at the time of the interview, after that they asked for marriage cert. from my country which lucky I had that because I already had my marriage registered in my country.
  3. Hi guys, I finally I got the Issued status on CEAC, so I want to share my experience for anyone having the same issue, so 6 weeks ago embassy asked me for the marriage certificate from my country which lucky I had it and I had drop it the same day, 3 weeks after they emailed me to drop the passport off, but the passport was there all the time so they got confused somehow lol, and last thursday my status changed from refused to administrative processing, today after 3 work days changed to Issued. So whole processing took like 2.5 months.
  4. In my country they requested a lot more documents for doing a marriage (like birth certificate not older then 6 months for her, she is naturalized in US so they didn't count that, etc) which we would needed a lot time to get them and the whole process would take maybe months.
  5. Yes, we did consummate the marriage, she was in my country almost all time for the past year and even when we had the zoom wedding we were both at the same location
  6. I have been on interview in N.Macedonia(Europe) embassy on 6th September, everything went well and at the end of the interview they have give me yellow 221g with checked additional processing time is needed, and the consul told me this is because in some states this kind of marriage is illegal, so they need to check that I guess, I know from this forum and other groups that a lot of people durning Covid have done this kind of marriages and it was accepted, they also kept my passport(I thing this is good sign). After that a couple of days in a row the case was updated on CEAC from Ready to Refused. What do you think guys how long this can take?
  7. Got IL today with appointment date for 6th September, location: Skopje, North Macedonia. The DQ was 2nd July.
