Hello all, I recently filed the i751 packet, on the 29th of august. My greencard expires on november 10th, as does my drivers licence. Im wondering, has anyone had any issues with their employer, once the greencard expires? And can you get a new drivers licence from the dmv? My employer immediately required my greencard when my employment authorization card first expired, so assuming they need something when this greencard expires, is the acceptance letter, confirming the i751 is pending, enough? Also, will the dmv accept the noa and extend my drivers licence? I live in north carolina Any info is appreciated. Thanks guys

Annoyingly, we took a vacation and paid for everything on a credit card we no longer have so are unable to include photos/ boarding passes from that trip, although we do have several photos. Hi guys, we are in the final stages of preparing my i751 packet. Should every document be printed single sided? With previous submissions i think i printed doublesided, not 100% sure, and had no issues. Looking at some posts on here regarding this, there seems to be several posts advising to print singlesided. Anyone print doublesided and have no issues? Thanks

Hello all, in putting together the i751 packet ive noticed i have some original documents that i can submit but im wondering if this would cause any issues? For example, i have original car insurance cards that are now expired and useless at this point, can i submit those instead of making of copies? Equally i have several statements from geico for car insurance policy confirmations that im including. If i need copies in the future i can easily print them out, so again i wondered if i can just include the originals? Its probably a trivial question but i want to be sure theres no issue with submitting originals that are replaceable and no longer needed. thanks for reading

I thought that was the case. What i find confusing is the cover letter example, in the removal of conditions guide on this site. The examples ive seen on here are written from the perspective of the US citizen, not the immigrant spouse. That in itself made me wonder why the cover letter isnt written from the perspective of the immigrant spouse, as its the immigrant spouse that is removing the condition.

Hello all, Do we need to include a G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance, in the i751 packet? i read that the form is only useful if the packet is being sent to a lockbox but wasnt sure if this is still the same in 2022. thanks for reading

Hello, im in the process of completing the application for removal of conditions. I, the immigrant spouse, submitted the ar11 form online to change my address when i moved at the end of 2021 but never received mail regarding this change- only a confirmation email. Had no idea that my wife, the US citizen had to update her address as well (stupid mistake i know), as she was a secondary joint sponsor, my sister in law was a joint sponsor also but her address has remained the same. Ill be sending the removal of conditions package next month but before that, i thought i should mail in the ar11 for myself (just to be safe) and the i865 form to ensure my wife address is current and up to date in the uscis system, even though its late. Is this a necessary step? Also, in the i865 form it asks "Effective Date of Change of Address". Should i back date it to the date my wife and i moved to our new address, which was 10/12/2021, or should i date it with todays date? Anyone had any issues with their ROC being rejected because of not updating the address for the US citizen? Would be such a shame for have it rejected for a such a simple oversight on my part. thanks for reading O
