So they won't consider my income in that case? I have 2 properties in Brazil. If the value of these 2 properties plus the money I have in the account is 75,000, then could I continue? So my earnings in Brazil are not valid? Only if I continued working after the move?

Yes!! I have an SSN and have been filing taxes since 2018. But I still have doubts in terms of values: my total income in Brazil would be enough to meet the requirements, but I learned that the NVC takes into account income after deductions. Does this happen for those who live and earn their salary abroad too?
