    Hello everyone, I have a question regarding nickname please. Example, my legal name is Natalie but some friends and family call me Nat but this is not in any legal documents. I didn’t put Nat as ‘nickname’ in I130. In an affidavit letter for I130 I was referred to as Natalie at the beginning and through out the letter with note at the beginning (sometimes called Nat). My question is should I put Nat in I751 under a nickname? I didn’t put that in I130. Thank you all.

    Good afternoon all, Does any know how long it takes for the Green card to arrive after we enter the US on a CR1 visa? The CR1 visa stamp on the passport is valid for 1 year. Thank you everyone.

    Thank you all. We went to SSA on Friday 19th July. The lady told us SSN was never requested so she requested one for me and should arrive in a week or two. However, the SSN arrived on Tuesday 23rd so I think maybe it was initially requested.

    Good morning all, Does anyone know how long it takes for the Social security card to arrive after CR1 visa is issued please ? I need to open a US bank account so I can close my UK one. Thank you Deejee

    @NorthByNorthwest I have tons of shoes ( 80 pairs) and clothes, they are all over 1 year old. Do you think that would be a problem at CBP? Thank you.

    Also I have so many pairs of shoes and lots of clothes (they are all more than 1 year old) CBP won’t think I’m bringing them in the US to sell them, will they?

    I am using used boxes e.g. Amazon boxes with their logo on. Will this be ok ?
