HI, USC Pettioner for CR1 our I-130 is pending with Vermont for longtime. we filed an enquiry with USCIS through Congressman but its been 45days+ but no reponse from USCIS to Congressman. has anyone filed any enquiry with USCIS via Senoter/ Congressman and USCIS had responded to them? Please let know if any success stories by contacting Senoter/ Congressman.
