  12. For me, I just went to the nearest RCMP office and requested for certified criminal record check ( the one with fingerprint). Then showed the requirement above from this link (https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/Canada.html). Fees was around $80
  13. I submitted the doc in less than 6 hours I think. Yup. Mine is MTL. I am originally from the Philippines but have been living in Canada for a couple of years already. so it totally makes sense for me to be interviewed in Montreal. I was planning to stay inside US and adjust status but have to go back to Canada for a big job opportunity.
  14. Hopefully, I'm one of the lucky ones lol. I am not originally from Canada, but have my Canadian PR Card. They specifically assigned me to Montreal.
  15. Not sure if it's RFE. Do we get an email if it's RFE? the message in the Inbox says The U.S. Consulate in Montreal requires that non-Canadian citizens submit proof of eligibility to have their visa interview in Canada. Please submit one of the following: Canadian Legal Permanent Resident cards, landing papers, student visas, or work visas. I only received an update email, then Civil Documents and AOS are accepted also.
  16. I received 'Case Document Review Note' re: PR Card. Did you have to upload the one written on your case review notes before being DQ? I completed submitting our documents May 26. so it's still in timeline shown on website right?
  17. Insee. I onyl received a message regarding Case Document Review note. Do you know the timeline after receiving DQ email? Like how long after Dq to have Interview date
  18. Im PR. Does that I'm DQ? Or I should get something like a DQ letter?
  19. Should I receive any RFE letter? I only got an email and a message in the inbox (Case Document Review note) Submitted our documents May 25th
  20. Anybody had an experience with an accepted documents but have Case Document Review note. I didn't receive any email/messages regarding DQ but only changes on the application and see that documents are marked as accepted The U.S. Consulate in Montreal requires that non-Canadian citizens submit proof of eligibility to have their visa interview in Canada. Please submit one of the following: Canadian Legal Permanent Resident cards, landing papers, student visas, or work visas.
