I have some questions about my case and help is very much appreciated. My interview date is close.
1- About the form I-134, it states that if the sponsor is married the spouse should also fill a separate form. How can the spouse fill it? What name does she put in the sponsor section? I'm having a hard time understanding it and there isn't much information in the internet.
Another thing is the income part of the sponsor. With the new I-134 there is no part where the Sponsor writes his income, it says only how much of it will go to the beneficiary. What minimum is it required, My sponsor has said he will give me 1000$ for 4 months and also provide me with house and all other expenses. He has also put a bank account in the assets part.
2- Other than the taxes and wage receipts, do I need other documents to provide to the embassy from my sponsor?
3- Do I need to send the original documents with DHL to the embassy or I send copies of them?
4- Can I have another friend make me another affidavit of support just in case the first one is refused?
