    Greetings VJs. My spouse, who has been residing in the US was petitioned by a sibling many years ago and recently received a letter from DOS NVC , Potomac Falls, VA with the title “Notice of Immigrant Visa Case Creation” along with a NVC case number and Invoice ID number Spouse has been a US citizen for the past couple years. Clearly, this process is no longer required How should we respond to this letter.
