    I am a Canadian citizen married to a USC. I was in the states on an OPT for a year practicing as a registered nurse but the time on my OPT is running out. My plan was to apply for TN but was unaware of the contradiction of TN and I-130 visas. I need to know if it is possible to be granted a TN visa. Is there a way to prove that though the I-130 is there, I will return to the US after TN status is over?
