    Im not required to file taxes, get SSDI. I know my co sponsor would add their tax transcript etc. do I just add the yearly statement with form I-864 since I do not file taxes or do I need a letter from SSA saying I’m not required to file?

    It wasn’t. I actually got married in the states and went back home. This is my second visit since then, my I-130 hasn’t been approved yet and my husband is now saying it’s taking too long.

    Hello, my husband and I are thinking of changing from consular processing to AOS. I am currently in the US on my tourist visa and have a pending I-130. Our embassy is backed up so we are not sure if we want to wait. How do I go about changing. I know what forms to file but I’m not sure how to change since I put consular processing on my I-130

    Hello, we were told that filing for the k3 visa can speed up i130 approval. My husband petitioned for me and my child and we are at different service centers both with 1 year waits. If we file the k3 and it speeds up the i130 is there anything we can do to speed up my child’s? I can’t leave my child and would want us to be DQ and interviewed around the same time. thank you
