  1. Hello

I have a question. My fiancee has learned from other women who are pending NOA2 that they sent email

to the California Service Center (CSC) and the next day they receive notification of their NOA2 was approved.

I have a id for the auto updates from the USCIS, but does anyone know the email address for the Vermont

Service Center (VSC) to send an email request to check on status of NOA2? I could not find the email address on the

    USCIS site.

    THANKS

    10/21/07 NOA1 Received

10/25/07 Last time case was "touched"

Can you email send me a message with email address please

  3. Can anyone please explain to me what the processing time mean , for example I notice it saids for a K1 visa April 29 2007?

anyone please explain im stumped here.

    Hi

You must be talking about the California Service Center. Supposedly the time on the USCIS website tells you the date of applications that they are processing. In other words, according to the site, CSC is processing applications they received in April. However, this is not correct, as we know of many filers on VJ who filed their petitions in July and have been approved in the last week....

The I797 Notice of action here has a recieved date of Nov 13th 2007 and Notice date of November 19 2007 , im trying to estimate the time for the approval , can anyone please help me with this . I would really appreciate the help thank you

I really think the VJ estimate is a pretty good one. I know it's been off for some people, but I think the processing is taking somewhere around 4-5 months normally. Have you filled in your VJ timeline and looked at the estimate there? Otherwise, I'd say roughly 5 months is correct, as the first poster said.

wow I have to get the verbage down i guess , what does VJ mean ? im new to all this

VJ = ? Sorry im trying to guess here what VJ stand for can anyone help

    AAAAAAAAAH got it visa journey?

On the USCIS site, it means how old your case has to be before they will do anything about it. Processing time for K1 is about 5 months right now.

Just recieved the notice of action I797 , it came two weeks early , is this a good sign?
