    Hello the interview was great. The consular told is our case is the first EB2 NIW case she will be doing. We took the oath, asked about profession and asked the day I left the US. Our case is still under AP waiting. 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽

    Really? Wow. I checked my I 94 and I don’t see my last departure from the US which was in August 2020 only the arrival is there. Is that the problem? I’m a bit confused.

    Hello everyone, I went for my consulate interview on Monday, the consular said there is a ‘hits’ on my name so washington have to remove it? I checked my CEAC today and it says refused? Please what does it mean by there is a Hit on my name? Please anyone with similar experience? Thanks 🙏🏽

    Hello family, I got my interview email from the embassy because I expedited my case EB2 but my spouse and children names are not in the email. Will it be a problem when we go for the medicals and interview. The email is attached. Please any help. Thanks 🙏🏽

    Hello Family, I submitted my expedited request for EB2 Consular processing and was approved. NVC said they sent my file to the embassy so the embassy will schedule my interview appointment. I have waited for a while and no interview appointment received from the embassy. I contacted the embassy and they said my case doesn’t show that it was expedited. I sent them an email with proof of the expedited been granted but still have not heard from them. Please help with suggestions, anyone went through the same thing? Thanks

    @arken Thanks. I was a bit worried because I read people are been refused because they don’t have a job offer.
