Looking for support: I came to the US under K1 Visa but unfortunately my fiance does not want to marry me because of disagreement/misunderstanding and he does not want to fix the relationship. He did a lot of verbal abuse and belittled me so much. It did hurt so much and I decided to go home in Canada. I am a Canadian citizen btw. Will it affect my future travel if I come back as a tourist or as TN visa Your help is greatly appreciated!

Question: K1 visa is under DS5535. Can I apply for TN Visa as health care provider while waiting?

I had my interview last March was put under 221g. After 2 months, I got a DS 5535 . What is the best email address to contact them? I want my passport back. They kept my passport after my interview. Honestly, this is too much to deal mentally and emotionally.
