I just joined this group and it really feels awesome! I have two questions that I was looking to get clarification about:
I have been filing DV since 2006 with no luck and never selected at all. Does DV picture play a vital role in DV selection? Normally, the way I upload it that I take a picture at a pharmacy and then scan it and upload it. Normally, I do photo verification as well from the photo tool for travel.state.gov website.
Just wanted to know if it is my luck that is not good for which I am not being selected despite of several attempts or something I am doing is not right
