    Hello community, I'm about to petition my Fiancee currently in Mexico. She attempted a prior land crossing back in 1994 and was caught, fingerprinted and returned back to Mexico. Will this be a problem for her K1 Visa as the incident occurred 28 years ago. What should I put in the form question "Has your beneficiary ever been in the United States?" or are there any other forms I must fill out before hand? I would appreciate any comments & suggestions, thanks. Eric
