  1. Same here!! We're almost there
  2. I just checked mine and it was updated today as well. Sounds like we are in the same batch. Keep me posted
  3. I have not yet heard back from them. Was hoping I could fly down this weekend. 6th business day today. I take it you haven't received any updates on your passport either?
  4. Yes - Hoping it will be over this week!
  5. Hey! The status change on the portal happended Oct 12th. If I count that day, today would be the 5th business day. I have not received an email with tracking yet. J
  6. Hi, I checked their portal last night and the status of my application changed from refused to Issued yesterday. That is good news for me. Now i guess I will have to wait at least 10 days to receive my passport. So more or less it took 7 weeks for the Admin processing part. J
  7. Thank you for your reply. It is certainly good to know I could apply for a temp passport... I was a bit worried as I assumed once medical test was submitted they would make a decision within days, considering my spouse received the visa just a couple of days after. Thanks again and all the best with your process as well Thank you for this. Didnt't expect the long waits, but It is what it is.
  8. @SteveInBoston Hi Steve, Thank you for the suggestion... I did email them and received a very generic reply syaing "Acknowledge receipt of your medical. If anything else is required we will contact you". And that is ok, I am just wondering if they are just much busier than usual with and I am looking at another month or so. I need to travel soon and would prefer not to reach out to get my passport termporarily to yet delay the processing even further.
  9. Yes ... Registered nurse. it is so hard to gauge their process. But yeah Nov 18 2021 was our DQ date
  10. @FJ2709 I doubt the DQ is related to the Administrative processing I have ongoing now?. But if the question is for your reference, we were documentarily qualified since Nov 2021
  11. Hello, Using this platform to see if anyone is or has been in the same boat. My spouse was sponsored for an EB3 VISA. after a year of waiting for an interview, it happened in Montreal this past August 22nd. I wasn’t able to provide my medical as my doctor has postponed my appointment because of covid. We attended the interview, my spouse received an approval right away, and I was refused and presented with a 221g refusal letter, due to lack of medical. That is understandable. The medical was submitted to them electronically two days after the interview (Aug 24th). So far no news and they have my passport. As per their page, there was an update made on the file the 16th of Sept (8 business days ago). But nothing yet. I am wondering if I should get concerned? Anyone has been through something similar? thank you, J
