I’m in the same boat! NOA 2 04/03, received 6/15ish, no case number on last inquiry (inquired last week, responded today) We should be close hopefully

Hello When is the best time to obtain police clearance certificate from current country of residence? Does it have to be after packet 3 is received or is it okay to request it after NOA2, as long as certificate is valid for 12 months and not expired at time of visa interview? Thanks

They will go back to India in a few months and will be interviewing from India. But just getting a Canadian PR while K1 app is still in process.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but just wanting to make sure. If the beneficiary is currently in India, then comes to Canada and gets a Canadian PR while K1 is in process, does that interfere with the K1 process at all? I wouldn’t think it does. Thanks

Sorry if this has been asked before. For K1 visa application, does the copy of naturalization have to be a certified copy? The instructions from USCIS did not specify and I submitted a normal copy (not original or certified). Should we expect an RFE? :(
