We just got the email from the NVC today with our case number and to say it is now in transit. Does anyone know how long it takes to get to the Embassy/Consulate in London from this point? I also can't find anywhere to look if there is any delay in getting a medical or interview in London. Any advice/information would be amazing. Thank you in advance!

I've entered the US via Detroit airport in December 2021, I was taken to secondary due to the pending K1 and asked to prove I was returning to the UK at which point as I heard this could happen I produced my mortgage statement and contract of employment. I was let through however was told not to risk returning until I receive the visa as I could be refused entry and that would look "bad" they said. I was in secondary for over an hour and in the interview for about 20 minutes. I am very disappointed and now scared to re-visit, we are however on the NOA2 to NVC to Embassy stage so hopefully we don't have to be apart much longer. I've heard of a lot of people being fine visiting however so maybe it was just the border control at Detroit.

Hi all, We are in the 79000 group and unfortunately received a a RFE update today, not exactly the update we wanted to see after waiting so long. Just wondering does anyone know on average how quickly they are processing RFE's? We have postponed our wedding already and may have to potentially postpone it again (Getting married October 29th) at this rate, just trying to decide if we should contact the wedding venue to let them know if it's high likely chance or not. Thank you for your help!
