At the request of their first interview my green card was not approved so I wasn’t going to leave with out a green card. Also it was my husband that filed for us . I explained to them that I couldn’t afford a trip to the consulate as I also have my step kids to look after. They just won’t expenditure that interview. Until I notice FPU that wants the interview. Would you still go ?

I really hope someone went through a similar situation to mines. So I filed for my daughter 6 years ago (she 8 now)to come to the states. The consulate requested on many occasions that I come for an interview for the approval of your immigrant visa but not my daughter thought just me. They gave me an email to set up a date with FPU for the interview, is it me or that’s usual.

But am not the petitioner my husband is there is no need to want to questioned me ( my daughter and her dad went twice to see the officer. This interview they want with me it’s not a normal interview and I ask what’s the purpose they really not saying.
