  1. Yes we were hoping at least that would come through after waiting 13 months, but we have heard nothing... I didn't know if I should be trying to contact someone about that? They really like to keep you in the dark.
  2. This is for the I-130. I am a US Citizen and my husband is Canadian. We did file AOS and for a work authorization as well all at the same time. He can track the AOS and Work Authorization while I can only track the I-130.
  3. I applied for the I-130 for my husband August 10, 2022. Right now my progress on USCIS says that "Your case is taking longer than expected to process. You will be notified if you need to take any action." Is there anything else I should be doing or anyone I should be contacting? I know that processing time is taking longer for many people, I just want to make sure I am doing everything possible to make sure this process goes as smoothly and ideally quickly as possible.
  4. Hello, We have submitted all of our documentation to get my husband the I-130 but I recently went through the name changing process so that I could have his last name. Should I upload my documentation to USCIS with my new name change or will this slow anything down now that I have done this? He is the one who is applying for the I-130 I will be the sponsor. Just wanted to make sure there are not additional steps I should be doing.
