  1. We got married one day before my ESTA expired, 89 day 😁 To be honest the only reason was that we didn’t have time before to organize wedding .
  2. Thank you so much! This is so crazy My I-130 is pending and I am sending now I-485! So you think is better to put Spouse of the US citizen ? I just hate how OUT OF STATUS sound
  3. Hi guys! I am getting ready to send my AOS, and still not sure for this question - WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT IMMIGRATION STATUS OR CATEGORY? This question is on Form I-765, and I-485! Looking for an answer for a long time, and until now get so many different answers and options , not sure what to do! I got married on my last day of Visa Waiver Program (ESTA), so is my status now : OUT OF STATUS (because my visa expired, even though I got married before that) or VISA WAIVER PROGRAM EXPIRED - PENDING I-130 , or IMMEDIATE RELATIVE- SPOUSE OF THE US CITIZEN ? Please help me! Thanks guys you are the best!
  4. Thank you so much! One more question please! I filled online I-130 and now 2 weeks later i will mail I-485. I am living in Ohio. Is Direct filing address in my case this one? (Concurrent filing) U.S. Postal Service (USPS): USCIS Attn: AOS P.O. Box 805887 Chicago, IL 60680
  5. Hi guys I need some help! I am finishing my I-485 packet and will send many forms with it. One of the problems I got stuck with is ELIGIBILITY CATEGORY (question 27-page 3). I read Instruction but couldn't find which category I am in. I came to the US on ESTA- Visa Waiver Program with Croatian Passport, without a visa. Got married to a US citizen on the last day of my 90 days tourist visit on a visa-free entrance. Can someone help me which category I can be in? Thanks in advance, wish luck to everyone!
  6. Thank you! I will look everything I possible can! To be honest CBP officer in Dublin Airport didn't ask me to much. Just do I go to work or for a visit, and I said for a visit and that's it!
  7. Hi guys! I came in US on Visa Waiver Program (touristic visit - 90 days) to visit my boyfriend here. I bought return ticket, to go back in Ireland ( where I was a resident for the last 3 years), but after a while my boyfriend and I decide to stay together here, and stop long-distance relationship, so I didn't use my return ticket and we got married literally on my 89 day. We are living together from the first day, it is a real Bona Fide marriage , we just wanted to be together! I heard I could have problems because of that, even though you have right to get married when and where you want, as long as I can prove that I didn't have intension to stay here or get married when I entered US ! Did someone had similar experience? Can you tell me how to deal with that and how I can prove that We both decide that while I was here! Also , does Immigration ask for tax returns or something to see your past income from outside the US, in this case Ireland ? I don't work there anymore obviously , so I should just list all my jobs in last 5 years on Form I- 130 ( all of them was outside of US) and that is enough? Thanks in advance, wish you all good luck!
  8. Thank you so much! Yes I heard about that vaccine for Hepatitis B and I called Doctor office where I make an appointment for Medical Exam, they told me that For all vaccines requiring a series, only a single dose is required for immigration purposes, except for the COVID-19 vaccine .So they will give me first one and complete the Form, and I can get the rest later...Hope that's true Thank you!
