Good day i just want to know if there anyone who know what should i do because i petition my spouse and son as a greencard. While still in process i became a us citizen. So from F2 to IR. My spouse got DQ in NVC but my son need a new i-130. So i filed a new one but still not approved by uscis.. my question.. what if my spouse has a interview date but my son’s case is still not approved by uscis. And i want my spouse and son to be interview and travel same time. My son is only 6years old. Thank you. I hope someone can help.
