  1. Hi, I forget to mention -- base on my chat with Emma (live agent) back in December he said my interview was waive, I don't know if the info was accurate or not.
  2. Hi all, here with K1 visa in 2019, and got married within 90 days, however we submitted AOS in Jan 2021, so we're quite sure they will ask for I-693 medical exam, up to this point we only received I-693 deficiency in June 2022, along with EAD and AP in September 2022. Now I have a trip coming up in February 2023 to my home country, and I plan to remain there for almost 6 months. I have a concern that if during the time in my country they happen to send me RFE for I-693, then it would cause me a headache and perhaps impact my case status if I can't submit it before the deadline. Anyone has the experience with receiving I-693 RFE while abroad? I'm considering getting an I-693 medical exam done before I leave and maybe ask my MIL to help send it if I got RFE. Is it ok to obtain I-693 medical exam before receiving RFE? What if the form I693 is changed to new version while still waiting for RFE, the medical exam that conducted earlier will be invalid and I will have to re-do it again? I'm a bit frustrated. Appreciate any suggestion.
