I have a couple of questions:
1. Regarding the I-485 part 3, is the nonimmigrant visa # the extraordinarily long combination of letters and numbers on the page attached to my husband's visa?
and
2. Regarding the I-765, how long should the response to the following be: "On a separate sheet(s) of paper, please explain how you qualify for an advance parole document and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole. Include copies of any documents you wish considered." Also, what type of response is necessary?
Thanks!

Just happened to me; I still feel as though it's a bit unreal! Enjoy you reunion!!!

I'm hoping that Paul is feeling better, Susie...I am definitely going to have to acclimate Darren to the equatorial climate here in Florida...
Thanks for the well-wishes!!! We're tying up some loose ends from England (like trying to take the hold off his credit card...so far a 5 day odyssey). As soon as that's finished, we're going to the social security office, drivers license bureau, and my employer to change my name legally. We have caterer/cake tasting appointments this week, so that should be fun...
Hope everyone is having a great day!!!

Congratulations, Bex!!! Glad to hear you're that much closer to being with your beloved!!!
Darren and I made a trip to the courthouse today...we are officially married!!! Now to AOS...

Thanks so much everybody!!! The ceremony took place in a little room just outside the courthouse; it was decorated simply, but it was wonderful! My mom, dad, and maid of honor for my December wedding were there.
I can't believe Darren and I are married...still feels a bit surreal...

Darren and I are getting married today...which means we should be gettiing our AOS paperwork in by next week!
I have a specific question: What do I put on the AOS paperwork for my name? I'm changing it on all of my official documents also next week since I'm on vacation for a month (summer holidays).
Thanks!

Wow Dawn and Darren good luck, we have to wait till the ssn arrives before we can get married.
Our county doesn't have the ssn requirement...thank goodness!

Friends, I wanted to let everyone know that I DID ITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT. In fact we did it, we sucessfully passed K1/2 interview.
Just came home with my 2 kids absolutely exhausted after absolutely sleepless night.
The CO asked me how, when and how many times we met, also where Randy works.
I was giving him detailed answers ....but he stopped me and said that our visa is approved.
I am not sure why so soon hehehe...maybe because my kids misbehaved and he wanted to kidly let us go
Can't believe it happened........OMG 6 full months from January 8 to July 9, tension, tension, tension....
Will get our visas in a week. Planning to reunite with Randy by the beginning of school year, August 18.
Wish everyone best of luck!!!!
Congratulations!!!
How much did you know about your SO's country BEFORE meeting him/her?

I've always been a bit of an Anglophile; Darren even says I know more about British history than he does!!!
