I wrote to them on Monday and I haven't heard back either. As you can see on my timeline, my noa2 is nov 28 and January 6 received date by the NVC. They're working on cases received on December 30 as of yesterday. I'm assuming they're looking at cases received on January 2 today.
Gotcha. Thanks for the reply. Im not 100% sure when they received mine but i believe it was in mid January so thats good news that they are working on the Jan cases

So my K1 visa was approved on Dec 6th 2022 and I know NVC has informed me that they received the case but have not logged my application into their system. Is everyone else on the same boat? I sent them an email 2 days ago still havent heard back.

I don't understand how/why everything is done via paper with physical humans verifying the initial forms in the year 2022. It seems to me that if everything was digitized it would help.
Add one more step - separating out certain questions (criminal status, humanitarian status etc) - which can be filled out on a computer. Address of applicant, age, dependents etc. This could screen like 95% of the data collected.
Then, if that's approved, it mails the applicant the physical forms for the more vital stuff.
I just find the
1. ancient system incredibly frustrating
2. lack of transparency on the processing system (how do they choose which batch they're working) frustrating.
Forgive my "complaining."
You have every right to complain and I agree 100% Their process is flawed

I requested twice earlier in the year due to humanitarian reasons and twice I was denied
That sucks. Sorry to hear that. This whole thing is just exhausting for all of us. We just want to be with our other half

I wonder what the lates date of approval for Sept was? I filed on the 24th of sept 2021 and my case is still in the "Received" status.
-
Hey all, I'm a late Sept filer and was just reaching out to see if anybody here has heard back or has been approved recently? Thank You.

Hi my case was received on Sept 24th 2021 and still waiting on approval. How much longer do you all anticipate for it to get approved for Sept filers?
Thank You,

in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports

Hey I just wanted to get back and say NVC reached out to me in an email yesterday saying this "The National Visa Center (NVC) received your fiancé (e)’s/spouse’s approved I-129F petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). NVC will now forward the petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in Pristina, Kosovo. Please note that the transfer process can take several weeks. The U.S. Embassy or Consulate will contact your fiancé (e)/spouse when they are ready to process his or her petition."
