The USCIS received our I129F on December 31 2020 after we sent it on October 22
It was February 17 2021 we had NOA1
August 17 2021 we got NOA2 and USCIS approval
November 3 2021 from NVC it had been received
Consulate received paperwork in mid January 2022(can't remember exact date)
We submitted the DS160 on February 16 20200
The consulate booked my interview March 17 for May 4 2022
I had the wrong background check at the interview
I submitted the correct background check on May 16th and it was received in the consulate mailroom on May 19
Status date changed on June 15 but status remained refused
As of today status has changed to application received
Expecting visa to be sent out within the next 1-2 days

Yes, you have to move to the United States within 6 months of your medical examine and marry within 90 days
You are also not allowed to leave the United States until you have your green card/adjustment of status completed and you always have to carry your card with you. If you leave the US without it, they can refuse you entry back into the United States.
